Personal Information

When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Gmail, Slack, etc.), we collect the account details (user ID, user name, email address(es), and profile photo) associated with those accounts if you have granted us those permissions during the connection process.
- Billing Information: If you purchase a paid subscription, we collect your billing address and payment information.
- Support Information: When you contact our support team, we collect information about your request and interactions with our team.
Communications Data
- Communications Data: When you connect a third-party account (e.g., Gmail, Slack, etc.) and grant us permission during the authorization process, we will collect communication and collaboration data such as emails and chat messages. We retain this data only for as long as is necessary to support your usage of the Posthaste software, and sensitive data (authorization credentials, access tokens, email contents, subject lines, and AI-generated summaries) are encrypted with customer-specific encryption keys. Refer to Posthaste product documentation for implementation details.
Usage Data
- Product Usage We collect data on how you use our product, such as the features you access, the actions you take, and the time you spend on the platform.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our product, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to track your activity on our website and product, and to personalize your experience.
You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Information we have collected about you. Our service may give you the ability to delete certain information about you from within the service. You may contact us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us.
Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

We do not sell personal information as the term sell is commonly understood. We do allow Service Providers to use your Personal Information for business purposes described in this Privacy Policy for activities such as Posthaste’s email marketing and analytics, and these may be deemed a sale under certain regulations such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act.
The security of your data is of utmost importance to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include data encryption, access controls, and regular security assessments.

- We retain your Personal Information and Communications Data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We will retain Usage Data for internal analytics purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
